WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Taco Soup!



2 cans chicken broth
2 cans black beans
1 can corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed or
2 cans all white meat chicken
1 pkg Ranch dressing
1 pkg Taco seasoning

Dump everything together and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Jim likes his with French bread. I like mine with Taco chips...is anyone surprised?

And, I always double the recipe because it freezes great!

The friend that shared this with me told me it was a Weight Watcher's recipe. She said is was 2 points per cup.
